Within the systems department of a major fashion company, I quickly became known as the go-to problem solver—offering insight into nearly every part of the organization. That invaluable experience led to a co-ownership opportunity in a software company, where we developed a product lifecycle application for the garment industry. It was there that I deepened my expertise in building efficient systems, workflows, and scalable operational strategies.

With a strong foundation in technology and a passion for structure, I founded SMC Virtual Solutions to help entrepreneurs and small business owners grow through backend optimization.
